Post Eid blues- part 2

My scalp hurts. My poor hair has been yanked and pulled and sprayed and moosed and poofed. I spent longer at the salon than at the actual wedding. I don't think I emphasised enough on the fact that I hate weddings. Oh and I hate heels. Next wedding, I'll wear my flats. And who weds on Eid holidays anyway? Never mind...

I have an exam on Thursday, and I haven't started studying yet. I have that nagging feeling that I should study, but I can't get myself to actually do it. I have my books on the desk, my pens and papers in place, but I drew the curtains and switched off the lights. Maybe if I don't see them, I wont feel guilty. Bs 7aram, I hardly get vacations, I might as well start studying when I'm back at school. La7geen 3al ham.

I've been playing wii (wii-ing? sounds wrong!) all day instead of studying, This thing is addictive. Well I'll pretend I'm practicing for my surgery rotation, better hand-eye co-ordination, good laparoscopic surgical technique. Yeah right!

I was finally able to tame down my diet-coke addiction in Ramadan. I had maybe a total of 3 or 4 cans in the whole month. Now I'm back to guzzling pop every time I feel thirsty. I'm hardly drinking any water, I went from drinking 3 Liters a day, to less than 500 ml. My poor kidneys! I have to make a conscious effort to start drinking water again.

I was in such a snappy mood for the past 3 days, I warned everyone though, and told them to avoid me since I felt than inexplicable rage again. It's time for some retail therapy. I'm not particularly in the mood for shopping, but I'm in the mood to burn some cash. Now, what can I buy with my 3eedeya?

Pilates for my back. Pilates for my back. Pilates for my back.

I want my tanning lines gone.

I probably should go see a doctor rather than self-diagnosing. I have neglected my health for a while now, about time I start taking care of myself.

It's time for a new to-do list. Need to scratch things off my infamous "25 things to-do before turning 25". Tick-tock tick-tock!
